My current 2.0MP Casio Exilim was from 5 years ago so I am looking for a compact replacement with decent point-and-shoot & HD video quality.
Bought this CASIO EX-FC100WE camera online from Future Shop but had to return it on the second day.
In my opinion, Its performance and quality are quite disappointing.
Here are the shortcomings I experienced:
- Single point of focus. My old Casio has 9 focus points
- Longer than expected Shutter lag time. My current one is obvious faster than this 2009 model.
- Auto-focus is slow.
- Size is not-so-compact and a bit bulky. The online photo from Future Shop did not really show it.
- A lot of "noise" when taking high-speed 210fps indoor video.
